Warranty& Refund Policy

All CPAP products are new and direct from the manufacturer. CPAP masks are covered for 90 days against manufacturer’s defects. Any damage caused by the consumer is not covered and therefore non-returnable. If the product is defective, within the warranty period and you have the original packing, contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number and a new product.
Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on all non-defective and unopened products returned within 30 days. The amount will be credited in the form of payment received.
Please note, for hygienic reasons, all filters and pillows are final sale.
